The origin of the measurements is determined by a gauge block which is positioned between two measuring plates and whose value is set in the digital display.
The hand wheel that controls the movement of the mobile table has a friction, thus assuring a constant measuring force applied on the master calibration (BBpp)
The linear optical transducer is located directly below the axis of measurement and in the middle of the two sides of the measure. So that errors of measurement will be minimized
Calibration is fast and simple and can be repeated at any time as a result of any change in temperature of the working environment; in this way the instrument can be used both in the laboratory and in workshop environment

• Plates of measurement are made of hardened special steel with coating of hard chrome hardness ~ 1000 HV (optional)
• The measurement sides are flat and parallel
• Digital readout can be installed inside or outside of the instrument
• The two grooves on the opposite sides of the measurement sides are different in sizes and therefore suitable for any bore gauges with different range. It may require special drawing grooves for special bore gauges
• The instrument is designed to application on measuring plates to zero setting and calibration of instruments for out side
